Sektionsmöte LP 4

Nu kör vi sista mötet innan sommaren! (Lägg in i kalendern!)

Sektionsmötet LP4 är nästan här, det är verksamhetsårets sista möte men vi har såklart sparat mycket till sist! 

Vi ska välja in nya Styrelsen, GSn och ValBeredningen. Vi ska även välja in nya Ordföranden till Garm, IE-transform och TrygGS! Vi i Talmanspresidiet börjar bli gamla och ska förnyas samt att en Revisor ska väljas in! Vi kommer även öppna upp för fyllnadsval av GSvett.

Under mötet presenteras Styrelsens verksamhetsplan och budgetförslag för det kommande verksamhetsåret. 

Massa gott och blandat helt enkelt! Passa på att söka nu genom valberedningen (håll utkik på instagram och facebook), annars går det såklart alltid utmärkt att söka direkt på mötet! (Ryktas även om någon hedersmedlem👀)

I vanlig ordning bjuds det på mat till eftermiddagsmötet, redo från 17:00, och så drar vi igång mötet strax därpå. Kaffe och Fika kommer också serveras!😋 Allt detta lyx fixar inga mindre än GØS <3 

🍽️ Ta med en matlåda, lite plugg, en dåligt organiserad dator? och självklart ett glatt humör!

Sektionsmötet är sektionens högst beslutande organ – det är här vi bestämmer riktningen framåt. Oavsett om du vill engagera dig, ställa frågor eller bara lyssna in, så är du varmt välkommen! 

⚠️ OBS!

Du behöver inte ha sökt via valberedningen för att kandidera – det går utmärkt att ställa upp direkt på mötet. Nominera dig eller din kompis när tillfälle ges!

LP4 is flying by!

The LP4 section meeting is almost here, it has to be our last but of course we are saving the best for last! 

We will elect the new Board, GSn and Election Committee. We will also elect the new Chairmen of Garm, IE-transform and TrygGS! We in the Speaker's Presidium are getting old and will be renewed and an Auditor will be elected! We will also open up for filling elections for GSvett.

We will also see the Board's operational and budget proposals for the next fiscal year. Lots of good and mixed, simply! Take the opportunity to apply now through the election committee (instagram or facebook soon), otherwise it is always great to apply directly at the meeting! (There are also rumors of an honorary member👀)

As usual, food will be served for the afternoon meeting, ready from 17:00, and we will start the meeting right after. Coffee and Fika will also be served!😋 All this luxury will be provided by none other than GØS <3

🍽️ Bring a lunch box, some study material, a poorly organized laptop? and of course a cheerful mood!

⚠️ Note!

You do not need to have applied through the nomination committee to run – you can absolutely nominate yourself directly at the meeting. Nominate yourself or a friend when the time comes!
